  • Develops, edits, and updates technical documentation, including manuals, tutorials, ISO documents, change requests, and sign-offs.
  • Works closely with users, vendors, project teams, and management to gather information and identify documentation requirements.
  • Reviews and tests documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, usability, and adherence to applicable standards and policies.
  • Gathers feedback to enhance the readability and overall effectiveness of materials.
  • Acts as a liaison between users and technical teams, helping establish documentation standards for style, format, and consistency.
  • Oversees compliance with ISO guidelines and other relevant documentation regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS in Information Technology or any related courses
  • With 1 to 4 years of experience in technical documentation and software quality assurance process
