- Develops, edits, and updates technical documentation, including manuals, tutorials, ISO documents, change requests, and sign-offs.
- Works closely with users, vendors, project teams, and management to gather information and identify documentation requirements.
- Reviews and tests documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, usability, and adherence to applicable standards and policies.
- Gathers feedback to enhance the readability and overall effectiveness of materials.
- Acts as a liaison between users and technical teams, helping establish documentation standards for style, format, and consistency.
- Oversees compliance with ISO guidelines and other relevant documentation regulations.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS in Information Technology or any related courses
- With 1 to 4 years of experience in technical documentation and software quality assurance process
