Job Description
We are seeking a
n energetic, hardworking Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Customer Support Team and provide world-class support to Enterprise and OEM Customers. Selected person will work closely with our customers, end-users and internal teams on existing and upcoming NVIDIA products, new features, and technologies. The candidate must have in-depth knowledge of and experience with the various Linux Distribution (such as Redhat, Ubuntu, Rocky Linux) and extensive experience setting up virtualized environment.What you'll be doing:
Candidate will be working on the latest NVIDIA products and technologies and provide software technical support to NVIDIA Linux and Enterprise customers.
Focus will be to analyze and reproduce issues reported by OEMs and Enterprise customers.
Work closely with our development teams, enterprise support team, and program management teams.
