Software Quality Assurance Engineer

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and ownership-driven Software QA Engineer to ensure the quality, stability, and reliability of our internal software products. This role will be responsible for designing and executing test strategies, maintaining product documentation, and collaborating closely with engineering and product teams to ship high-quality releases.
You will play a key role in building structured QA processes from the ground up and continuously improving testing standards across products.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases
Perform regression testing, end-to-end (E2E) testing, and functional testing
Conduct manual testing across web and/or mobile applications
Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps
Create and manage bug tickets and tasks in project management tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Linear, etc.)
