Job Description
Qualifications:
- Experience with testing ADP or UKG (Kronos) workforce management solutions.
- Good grasp of the concepts of timekeeping, pay, accrual, and schedules.
- Experience in validating payroll integrations and accuracy of the data.
- The ability to document test cases and defects clearly.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with HR, Payroll, and technical teams.
- Diploma, Associate, or College graduate.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end testing for implementations/enhancements in workforce management such as timekeeping, scheduling, and payroll.
- Validate complex pay rules, shift differential calculations, overtime business logic, and compliance configurations with precision.
- Carrying out functional, regression, integration, and UAT support tests.
- Collaborate very closely with HRIS, Payroll, and Operations to ensure airtight test scenario development.
