Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Test each module based on functional and system requirements, covering all possible test scenarios.
  • Coordinate with other stakeholders to clarify the requirements used for testing.
  • Investigate and provide results on production issues.
  • Report defects and define the severity and priority through the ticket monitoring tool.
  • Work closely with the software engineers to deliver high-quality software output.
  • Provide expert and intelligent suggestions for any system improvements.
  • Comply with testing standards and procedures.
  • Implement test automations and innovations whenever possible.
