• Coordinate day-to-day execution across Jira planning, release management, vendor tracking, requirements management, and stakeholder reporting.
• Support dashboard development and executive reporting, using modern productivity tools, including LLMs and prompt engineering, to improve workflow efficiency, status visibility, and documentation quality.
• Manage Jira issues, priorities, dependencies, and sprint/release planning.
• Support software release coordination across engineering, QA, and vendor teams.
• Track requirements, risks, blockers, and action items through the project lifecycle.
• Prepare dashboards, status reports, and leadership‑ready updates.
