Software Project Manager

-Manage end-to-end delivery of software and digital transformation projects. -Plan and execute projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models. -Lead sprint planning, backlog management, and delivery tracking. -Handle changing requirements and uncertainty without disrupting delivery. -Coordinate closely with developers, technical leads, and architects. -Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. -Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and blockers. -Ensure clear communication, reporting, and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
