Job Overview:
Creates ideal Item transfer Plan and procedure based on the company's midterm policy & conceptualizes how to achieve such by managing the creation & revision of the Item Transfer Roadmap.
Conducts cost analysis to define department's midterm direction by creating a roadmap in order to guarantee positive PL for the next 5 years.
Ensures the creation, proposes & secures approval of annual budget for operation cost reduction & necessary expenses.
Set milestones and confirms that set 'to-dos' are in place, appropriate & being executed properly in order to achieve the department's annual targets.
