Job Description

  • Managing and supporting end-to-end software lifecycle activities including requirement gathering, sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, purchasing, termination, entitlement and contract updates.
  • Delivering commercial optimisation of software through license use tracking, entitlement and baseline analysis, to facilitate cost reduction and risk mitigation.
  • Providing expert guidance on software licensing models, usage terms and compliance across software vendors ( Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe and other on-prem and SaaS providers).
  • Understanding SKU changes and pricing models and map entitlement in SAM tool.
  • Managing and optimising software usage through establishing governance processes.
  • Maintaining accurate software asset and contract records within SAM tool and Contract repository.
  • Supporting audit defense activities by evidencing license entitlement records and ensure ongoing compliance with licensing terms and conditions.
