Job Title: Software Licensing Specialist
Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite)

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Ensure enterprise-wide software license compliance and optimizing software asset utilization.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of software usage and contractual entitlements.
  • Provide Effective License Position (ELP) reports using Flexera and additional data sources as needed.
  • Work with internal Product Owners on results of ELPs.
  • Review, support and investigate licensing remediation as needed.
  • Configure and update Flexera with as needed to support ELPs and software assets.
  • Complete licensing requests as assigned.
  • Document process and knowledge documents
