About the Job

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, technically curious implementation specialist to support the rollout and ongoing optimization of a healthcare SaaS platform used by enterprise clients. This role partners closely with Product, Development, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable platform configurations using low-code/no-code tools. You’ll play a key role in onboarding, testing, process improvement, and ongoing platform optimization in a highly collaborative, fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Do

• Execute and maintain client platform configurations
• Use Jira to report configuration bugs and communicate client change requests
• Run end-to-end configuration testing, partnering closely with Development to resolve issues
• Share work in progress with stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely approvals
