Software Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Software Implementation Specialist with 3–5 years of experience in Practice Management Systems (PMS), RCM operations, and software onboarding. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end implementation of our Practice Management System Maximus, ensuring seamless deployment, strong user adoption, and continuous optimization. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with internal teams and clients, provide demos, deliver training, resolve issues, and enhance system functionality in a fast-growing healthcare technology environment.
