What You'll Do Handle end-to-end implementation of the HRMS software Understand client HR processes and configure the system accordingly Coordinate with internal tech/product teams for requirements or customizations Provide training, support, and go-live assistance Resolve client queries and ensure successful adoption Maintain implementation documentation and reports What We're Looking For 1–3 years of experience in software implementation / application support Good understanding of HR or payroll processes (preferred) Strong communication and client management skills Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously Compensation & Benefits Competitive fixed salary Attractive performance-based incentives
