Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor Frontend and FullStack developers, setting technical standards and ensuring delivery aligned with product goals.
  • Design and implement scalable backend and frontend architectures for high‑load, low‑latency betting systems.
  • Maintain hands‑on involvement in coding, code reviews, and architectural decisions.
  • Ensure system reliability, monitoring, performance optimisation, and production issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with product, trading, compliance, and operations teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
