Clutch is seeking a Software Engineering Team Lead to oversee a team of 3–5 engineers while actively contributing to the codebase. Your responsibilities include shaping team growth, aligning project delivery with business goals, and collaborating with Product and Design teams. You will coach engineers through regular 1:1s, technical design discussions, and ensure high-quality output across the board.
