What you'll do

• Working in a cross-bank team you'll be developing the standards and disciplines that enable engineers to develop efficiently securely. You will actively communicate and demonstrate these engineering practices across the whole bank. Youll also be liaising with Engineering Fellows, Distinguished Engineers and the wider engineering population to ensure the standards support their vision and way of working.
