We are currently looking for a Software Engineering Manager with a background in Python to strengthen the team.

An important part of this role will be resource management, building the organization and development of Python Competency. This means coaching key engineers, defining personal development plans for them, recruitment demands, and hiring proper people.

You will also be responsible for creating an enjoyable working environment for your team members, creating career development plans, and keeping them motivated.
