The RoleAs a Software Engineering Manager / Team Lead at Fig, you will be a player‑coach — spending roughly half your time writing production code and half your time leading a small, high‑impact team.
You will be responsible for a single product team and own the entire product surface area, including:
Customer‑facing frontend applications
Backend services and public APIs for B2B partners
Internal admin and operational tooling
