Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead two highly strategic engineering teams based in Alicante: 

  • A Business Intelligence (BI) team developing and operating Omada Identity Analytics, leveraging Sisense 
  • An AI/ML team responsible for Omada’s agentic AI Platform driving applied AI innovation across our Identity Governance platform 

    • This is a technically demanding leadership role. You will need to combine strong engineering judgment, delivery of accountability, and people's leadership across both BI and AI/ML domains. You will inherit teams with established technical expertise, including a senior Principal Developer with deep domain knowledge in Identity Analytics. Your success will depend on earning credibility through technical competence, building trust with experienced engineers, and driving outcomes without micromanaging.
