Duties: Deliver automation services and streamline processes for business operations and servicing teams. Develop applications within an Agile/Scrum feature team. Conduct end-to-end solution development, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and support. Identify opportunities for simplification and automation in commercial and investment banking. Implement technical solutions using Loan IQ SDK. Build custom UI enhancements to support various banking lines. Identify systemic issues and create guardrails to mitigate risks. Engage with business users, product owners, and SMEs for requirements gathering and project estimation. Develop solutions like batches and APIs to automate transaction workflows in line with Loan IQ functionality. Create and maintain technical design documentation for all development work.
