Software Engineering Manager, Marketing Engineering

**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, Javascript).
- 3 years of experience with full stack development, across back-end such as Java, Python, GO, or C++ codebases, and front-end experience including JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS or equivalent.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Experience mentoring and developing engineers into effective technical leaders.
- Experience developing software for data pipelines and third-party integrations.
- Experience in building scalable and efficient ML solutions.
