BAE Systems is seeking a motivated, self-driven, **Software Engineering Manager** for an exciting opportunity to support the Air Force's acquisition of the next generation Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) and other evolving business pursuits.
This role will be working directly with and providing leadership to an experienced software development team, the Rapid Deployment Office (RDO), in creating software inside an environment that aligns with the DoD DevSecOps reference architecture. You will help with rapidly developing web and cloud applications into various cloud platforms with a security mindset.
