Job Description
Location: Brgy Kasambagan, Cebu City
Schedule: 6am-3pm, 2pm-11pm, 10pm-7am
Work Setup: Full Onsite Reporting
Qualifications:
At least 3 years experience in technical leadership roles, involving architecture, and system design.
At least 3 years experience in managing high-performing development teams.
A deep understanding of the said tech stack (such as but not limited to Python, JS, SQL and NoSQL databases, RESTful APIs, CI/CD, cloud platforms and container orchestration tools), enough to make informed decisions and guide others.
Experience in giving feedback, conducting performance reviews, and growing people technically and professionally.
Strong collaborations skills, able to work across functions, influence technical direction, and communicate with both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
A mindset of continuous improvement, always looking for ways to tools, practices, and processes.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with delivery discipline....
