Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced Software Engineering Manager to run two teams building our marketplace platform in Toronto.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow high‑performing teams and establish delivery predictability.
• Embed product thinking into engineering decisions and lead the teams for our International Marketplace.
• Lead people responsibilities for two teams (~10 engineers total): hiring, coaching, growth opportunities, 1:1s, and performance reviews.
