What You Will Do
- Lead and mentor developers and QA engineers across multiple Agile teams.
- Drive predictable delivery, high-quality releases, and engineering accountability.
- Improve development processes, reduce technical debt, and elevate engineering standards.
- Partner with Product, Release, and Support to ensure seamless execution.
- Own team performance, hiring, and career development.
- Function as an escalation point for delivery risks and production issues.
