Software Engineering Manager – R&D 

We are hiring for this on-site position in our Austin, Texas office. It will be  days on-site and day remote. 

 
Lead a team shaping software delivery and licensing capabilities. In this role, you’ll manage a skilled group of software developers responsible for building software products that enable NI software distribution, and for licensing and entitlement management. Your leadership will guide the team in delivering reliable solutions, driving technical direction, and ensuring projects meet business objectives, while fostering collaboration and growth. 
 
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: 

As a Software Engineering Manager in R&D, your responsibilities include the following: 

• Mentor and develop a team of to software engineers (entry level to principal).

• Deliver business results by:

Driving new feature development. 

Defining strategic software direction.
