About the Role
As a Software Engineering Lead, you will guide a team of engineers, contribute to complex projects, and help set direction on project plans, schedules, and methodologies. This is a hands-on technical and leadership role with people management responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Serve as a primary contact for software development questions and challenges, collaborating across technical and non-technical roles to clarify requirements and resolve issues. Write and review clear specifications for system components, helping to resolve complex software challenges.
