Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the design, development, and improvement of software systems and features.
  • Mentor and guide software engineers through technical leadership and best practices.
  • Own technical execution for projects, including planning, estimation, and delivery.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, security issues, and development incidents.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or any Technology/Programming courses.
  • 3+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong expertise in software systems development.
  • Proven experience leading or mentoring a development team.
