Software Engineering Lead Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support scrum team by coding, testing and implementing solutions that support business needs
• Integrate both custom developed and package based solutions on prem/cloud environment
• Support production implementation activities including advanced troubleshooting and application debugging

Skills Required:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with peers within and outside of the immediate scrum team
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders: Business projects owners and managers, Quality Engineering leads, service operations
• Familiarity with agile methodology and working within a scrum team environment
• Familiarity with modern delivery practices such as continuous integration, behavior/test driven development, and specification by example
