Software modernization at scale is a key strategic priority at Philips, driven from Philips Innovation Engineering and delivered in support of Business Units across Philips. As part of the Code Hub Prime modernization squad, you will help engineering teams improve software quality, engineering practices, and AI-augmented development adoption.
You will serve as a hands-on Software Engineering Excellence Consultant, combining deep technical expertise with the ability to influence and enable teams across multiple Business Units. Inspired by the emerging Forward Deployed Engineer model, you will embed with teams to understand engineering challenges first-hand, review code and engineering practices, assess software maturity, and help implement practical improvements that drive measurable engineering outcomes.
