Responsibilities

• Support defining business and corporate operations strategies to identify technological capabilities that can contribute to achieving objectives, as well as map gaps that need to be addressed.
• Support initiatives that directly impact our customers' experience and the efficiency of our internal processes, in a collaborative, innovation-oriented environment.
• Define the approach and methodology for application development to ensure the development process aligns with the pace and frequency of changes inherent to each business function, based on the methodologies established by the IT Architecture area.
• Support sourcing strategies (internal or external) for the development and maintenance of systems to ensure the execution capacity and technical quality required to meet business demands.
