**Description:** • Leadership and project management of the FSW team in support of the CPS FSW manager
• Accountability for the technical, cost, and schedule aspects and ultimate completion of the flight software deliverables to support CPS and its flight test events
• Providing direction to subordinates based on general policies and management guidance and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget
• Coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions
