SOFTWARE ENGINEERING ASSOCIATE

What you'll do:

Location: Rio de Janeiro, RJ

• Own, design and code state-of-the-art technical solutions;
• Raise the code review bar alongside senior engineering leadership;
• Deploy solutions to staging/production environments;
• Drive operational zen by proposing improvements to our processes and infrastructure;
• Resolve customer incidents during on-call rotations.
• Collaborate with off-shore engineering resources.

What you won't do:

• Push paper around or play politics – no bureaucratic red tape here;
• Have excessive meetings about meetings – we're about getting stuff done (both fast and well);
