Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
You will work with delivery manager to develop and implement applications to support Business needs.
Liaise with the infrastructure support and development teams.
Support L2/L3 day-to-day operations, addressing tickets, incidents and support requests and ensure incidents and problems are managed within set SLAs.
Ensure adherence of development practice (Waterfall and Agile), standards and updated documentation
Requirements
Good knowledge on front-end frameworks such as ReactJS and back-end frameworks such as Spring boot.
Able to contribute individually and collaborate well with cross-functional team.
Able to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
Hands-on experience in Linux, Unix is an added advantage.
Experience in working with vendors to resolve complex technical issues is an added advantage.
Proactive individual who takes ownership and drives tasks through to completion.
