The primary objective of this role is to ensure the timely delivery of new and enhanced custom application solutions that are aligned with business requirements.

Delivery: Oversee the technical delivery of designated custom application solutions to the business within agreed upon timelines. Ensure that developed application deliverables meet agreed coding standards, application architectural design, and quality benchmarks.

Software Development: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards to meet the needs of projects. Ensure the creation and upkeep of technical documentation for all developed applications.

Maintenance: Participate in proactive continuous improvements to maintain performance, scalability, capacity, security, supportability, and maintainability for all in-house custom applications.
