  • Minimum 6+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on design thinking and full-stack development
  • Advanced development experience in Java, Spring, public cloud (AWS), APIs, Kafka, Cassandra/NoSQL
  • Demonstrated expertise in hands‑on coding and end‑to‑end system design, with the ability to actively contribute to complex technical solutions while guiding team members through best practices and architectural decisions
  • Strong experience with observability tools and practices like Splunk and Dynatrace to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise application performance and reliability
