Senior Backend / Cloud Engineer (Observability & SRE)

We're looking for a Mid-Senior Engineer passionate about cloud-native observability and SRE , ready to work in a You Build It – You Run It environment with real ownership and impact.

What You'll DoDesign and develop components of a cloud-native Observability Suite (Grafana LGTM stack: Loki, Tempo, Mimir)Build and maintain Kubernetes operatorsIntegrate and extend tools like OpenTelemetry & PrometheusDevelop and maintain REST APIsPerform complex root cause analysis using logs, metrics, and tracesEnsure performance, scalability, and reliability of cloud services

What We're Looking ForStrong software engineering backgroundHands-on experience with Kubernetes & operatorsExperience with Grafana ecosystem & observability toolsSRE mindset with operational ownershipEnglish required
