Software Engineer Trainee – Next-Gen Product Engineering

The Role

This is not your typical trainee position. You will work directly with the CTO, contributing to the architecture and development of our next-generation product line. You'll operate on independent technology tracks, tackling industrial-grade problems that demand creative, first-principles thinking.

Expect steep learning curves, real ownership, and a front-row seat to how cutting-edge products are built from the ground up.

What You'll Do

Build high-performance systems using C++ and Golang

Develop and debug software on Linux-based environments at a systems level

Explore and integrate AI/ML capabilities into industrial solutions

Solve complex, real-world engineering problems — not textbook exercises

Collaborate directly with the CTO on product strategy, technical design, and rapid prototyping
