About the Role

We are looking for a Software Engineering Technical Specialist to join Kyndryl’s Graduate Program and work on cutting‑edge products for flagship clients. The role involves intensive learning, rotation and shadowing during a 2‑year program followed by a path into a delivery role.

  • Develop solutions in domains such as Security, Systems, Databases, Networking and more.
  • Take a leadership role by sharing knowledge, providing guidance, and exercising team leadership skills.
  • Communicate complex technical and business concepts clearly to customers and internal teams.
  • Identify, frame and solve customers’ business and technical challenges, collecting and integrating information for timely decisions.
