Backend Support Engineer (Cloud & Applications)
We're hiring a seasoned Backend Support Engineer to keep mission‑critical systems running smoothly across cloud platforms and distributed environments. What You'll Do
Support backend systems, APIs, and integrations built with Java (Spring Boot), Python, and JavaScript
Troubleshoot incidents, perform enhancements, and implement permanent fixes
Manage cloud solutions across Azure, GCP/UDP, BigQuery, and Databricks
Work with relational databases (MS SQL, DB2) to ensure reliability and performance
Monitor incidents, ensure SLA compliance, and escalate when needed
Collaborate with teams and vendors for complex issue resolution
