We are seeking a Senior Digital Experience Engineer (DEX Architect) with deep experience in ControlUp to design, implement, and optimize digital experience monitoring and remediation solutions for enterprise environments.
In this role, you will serve as a technical leader focused on ControlUp architecture, experience analytics, and automation , ensuring digital workplace environments are proactively monitored, optimized, and continuously improved. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to translate experience data into actionable insights that improve performance, reliability, and end‑user satisfaction.
The ideal candidate is both highly technical and customer‑facing , with strong communication skills and the ability to operate at an architect level-owning design decisions, guiding best practices, and driving measurable outcomes through ControlUp‑based solutions.
