Gather specifications/requirements of software projects by providing technical information on different technical designs/architecture as needed.
Ensure that all contents of software projects are aligned with our Brand image and make sure that no confidential information will be divulged by double checking necessary reference and secure approval before uploading information.
Manage and maintain software projects to conform to Shakeys standards by using cost effective technologies.
Closely monitor software development projects and ensure that collaboration between in-house and/or outsourced developers are seamless.
Ensure that deployed software projects are accessible by regularly monitoring and ensuring that communication lines are open to users and stakeholders in events of technical issues or downtimes.
