Salesforce Service Cloud Developer – Level 25

Technical Expertise

  • 2-3 years of Salesforce experience focused on Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Strong proficiency in Apex (classes, triggers, batch, schedulable, queueable jobs) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Expertise in Salesforce Flows, Process Builder (migration to Flow), and advanced declarative automation.
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Metadata) and integrations with external systems.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security model (profiles, roles, sharing rules, permission sets).
  • Solid understanding of Case Lifecycle, Entitlements, Milestones, and Omni-Channel routing.
  • Proficiency in SOQL/SOSL and handling large data volumes (LDV). Good experience on Service Cloud
