Software Engineer (Production Support - Java)

The Software Engineer (Production Support - Java) will be responsible for managing and resolving order fulfilment issues on daily basis, ensuring that all transactions within the system are completed efficiently and in timely manner.

Monitor and Manage Order Fulfilment Exception

• Perform daily tracking of orders that have encountered fulfilment failures or delays within Enterprise Ordering Systems. Identify and prioritise items requiring intervention to ensure timely fulfilment

Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution

• Investigate the root causes of order fulfilment disruptions and production incidents, including system errors, technical faults, or manual handling issues.
• Collaborate with network, provisioning, and IT teams to implement corrective actions.
• Maintain a backlog of unresolved cases and ensure timely resolution by the appropriate application teams
