MAIN PURPOSE

OF THE JOB:

The main purpose of the Communications Solution Software Engineer role is to provide technical support and expertise for the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of OpenText Exstream and other communications software solutions. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and clients to ensure the successful deployment and ongoing support of OpenText Exstream and other comminications applications.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Provide technical support for the design, development, and implementation of OpenText Exstream and other Communications solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and provide effective solutions using OpenText Exstream and/or other supported Communications solutions.
