Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Software Engineer to join our team in Maple Grove, MN. This position will focus on developing software for munitions systems, contributing to a variety of contracts under the guidance of the Munitions Software Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead. The role is predominantly an individual contributor position, involving approximately 90% software design and development and 10% software technical leadership.
Responsibilities
+ Oversee software engineering efforts, including estimating, planning, requirements analysis, architecture, design, implementation, unit testing, hardware/software integration, integration testing, simulated flyout testing, and testing at the range.
+ Monitor and control execution of software engineering efforts, taking corrective actions as needed to ensure technical, cost, and schedule performance.
