Software Engineer Manager

MAIN PURPOSE 

OF THE JOB:

Leads multiple teams to develop high quality applications that improves customer satisfaction, distributor effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Leads software engineers with design and technical ownership as well as functional and administrative responsibilities. mentorship, removing impediments and guiding team members to keep up with projects deadlines and within budget.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

System Development

Follows AXA PH Applications Lifecycle Management process in developing high quality software.

• Develops program codes and maintainhigh standards of software quality by implementing best practices in coding and AXA group security on applications being handled.

• Maintains quality by executing unit test and / or coded UI testing in applications being developed. 

• Participates in peer reviews of solution designs and related output code from requirements.
