Join the Software Engineer - L3 Support role at Canonical. Location: Remote role with teams in all time zones.
This role involves working in Linux-based infrastructure and applications across layers of the stack, including bare metal, virtualization (KVM), containerization (Docker/LXC/LXD), storage (Ceph and Linux filesystems), networking (OVS, OVN and Core networking), OpenStack, Kubernetes, and related open source applications. Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer problems related to Ubuntu, Kernel, Ceph, OpenStack, Kubernetes, or other open source software
- Maintain close working relationships with Canonical's Field, Support and product engineering teams
