Job Description

  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in ServiceNow PPM implementation module ,

Platform development, configuration, and administration, including but not limited to

successful deployments as lead.

  • Strong scripting and customization skills (JavaScript, Glide API, AngularJS, Jelly).
  • Deep knowledge of ServiceNow PPM applications: Project, Demand, Resource, Agile,

and Financial Management.

  • Proven experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, APIs).
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – PPM (CIS-PPM) – strongly preferred.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – preferred.
  • Lead end-to-end solution design for ServiceNow PPM modules

(Project, Demand, Resource, Timesheet, Financials, Agile, SAFE).

  • Integration & Optimization.
