• Develop new features and modules for the ChemoLIMS (Laboratory Information Management System ) product and provide support for existing installations
• Fix bugs found in our products and its related modules and components.
• Provide Level 2 (on-site) and Level 3 (specialized) support to users.
• Conduct on-site installation, testing and commissioning of projects, user training and signing of user acceptance tests.
• Provide pre -sales support by conducting product presentations and demonstrations to prospective users.
